Of course, the amount for which the company will buy it will be much higher than our contribution, so the remuneration of 2 to 3,000 is something normal in such offers. Unfortunately, this is how it looks only in theory, because most often after something like this breaks off. We, in turn, are left without money and with pens that we have to sell ourselves if we want to recover at least some of the costs incurred, and it is certainly not an easy task.

Sending a text message

Another great example of fraud is the need to send a paid SMS, who allegedly check if there is a need for this type of work in a given area. Of course, there is no question of any checking, and due to the relatively low cost (usually a few or a dozen zlotys) such a text message, a large part of the deceived will certainly ignore it. This, in turn, makes fraudsters remain unpunished and continue their actions.

Who actually earns the folding of pens?

The use of human naivety has always been one of the better ways to get additional money, so it is and in this case. The best people who offer are just putting on pens. Interestingly, by browsing many offers, you can come to the conclusion that they are issued by individual people who have found another way to get money from naive people. This applies especially to offers that require sending a SMS or making a transfer. This type of fraud is easy to link to another, equally popular, i.e. SMS subscriptions.

In these types of offers, the left form of contact is usually ordinary email addresses, on free mailboxes such as Gmail. Every self -respecting company should have its own domain, and thus also a postal address and website, although in fact it would not even guarantee honesty. The cost of maintaining the page is not high, so everyone can set it up, even for free.

What job offers at home to avoid?

The Internet is a great invention, but unfortunately, apart from all the benefits, it also gives a very large field of maneuver to cheaters. Lack of physical contact and all issues dealt with online may make them feel unpunished, although fortunately it is not always the case. As a matter of fact, twisting pens or folding folders are just one of the many offers that we can find on the Internet, and are a mere fraud.

An example of an offer for folding pens

Now a bit about the first particular offer regarding the folding of pens I was able to find in the search engine. In terms of net earnings (on hand) it looks as follows:

1500 pcs. – Salary PLN 1,000.
3000 pcs. – Salary 2010 PLN.
6000 pcs – Salary PLN 4380.

So it comes out about 67 to 73 groszy for 1 complex pen, depending on the package. I have no idea how many pens can be submitted by an average person because I have never dealt with it. Well, but this is not the fraud, so there is nothing to discuss whether it is good or low salary. What you need to do to start work? Send PLN 12.50. for the alleged courier, which will never arrive. The amount seems small, so probably a lot of people will try. Looking at it on the other hand, if you can cheat 1000 people in this way, it gives up to PLN 12,500, but unfortunately only for a cheater. This is a considerable amount, and you can probably cheat more people in this way. This offer came from the alleged company HomeWork, and it was enough to enter its name in the search engine to find many negative opinions from deceived people.

Another job offer, even more earnings

Here is a few minutes of searching longer, but better earnings and, above all, specifics about the time that is needed to fold the pen. Which is the most interesting? That the offer exactly from the same person and the company of HomeWork. Then we fly:

4000 pieces – 3560 PLN,
6000 pieces – PLN 5,600.

Earnings definitely better as in the previous offer, even though the company is the same. It comes out about 89 to 93 groszy for one complex pen. How much time does it take to assemble such a pen? According to the offer, it is enough for this 30 seconds. It is easy, so to count that in a minute it gives about PLN 1.80. i.e. PLN 108 per hour. What is the point of working full -time, since we can earn such money at home on the usual twisting of pens? As in the above advertisement, to take up a job, it is enough to make a transfer for PLN 12.50. After the number of ads of this type, on various portals with job offers, it can be safely suspected that the number of deceived is much higher. Unfortunately, only a few report this, because the amount is not large, so hardly anyone would like to go to the police in this matter.

What instead of folding pens?

In the past there was certainly not so many earning opportunities, so Twisting pens it could seem an interesting offer. Currently, the case looks definitely better and what is important, we can also earn using the Internet for this. Such a cottage work allows you to minimize the risk of fraud and does not require any financial contribution.

Why twisting pens will not work as a cottage work?

Currently, many items are made by machines in huge quantities, so what would make sense to pay someone for folding them? Machines do it much faster and in fact cheaper, if we consider the rates offered in this type of ads. The possibility of fairly work when folding pens has probably passed forever, so the only thing that remains is to be interested in other possibilities. Fortunately, there is no major problem with this, so there should be no problems.

What about cheaters placing such job offers at home?

Cheating people in this way is obviously punishable by, which is confirmed by the case of a 34-year-old woman from the vicinity of Piła. She offered a job consisting in folding pens and asked to transfer PLN 12.5 for their shipment. In two years she deceived 2,500 people and earned OK on it. PLN 30,000, for which she was in prison for 8 years. What’s more, police officers who were conducting the case emphasized that there could be many more victims.

There is still a lot of offers on the Internet, but you can already see that over time their number is significantly reduced. Some fraudsters certainly began to fear any consequences.

Opinions about folding pens

On the Internet, it’s hard to find positive opinions about folding pens. Even if there are any opinions, they are negative opinions from people who were fooled in this way. The most surprising is the popularity of this type of class, which is still not decreasing, despite the greater awareness of people and the ease of finding information on a given topic.

Basically not … I am even more surprising that people under this article write in the comments that they are interested in folding pens and give their phone number. I have not offered, I do not offer and I will not offer this type of work, and I will not even publish comments expressing interest.
